Limits and common mistakes
The built-in font supports Latin text, with a maximum of 60 characters. It does not place a logo or let you choose an individual page range. Editing a PDF that already has a digital signature can invalidate that signature.

Inspect pages with different dimensions and dense content. Check that the label is visible without making small text too difficult to read. If your goal is to prevent access to sensitive information, a watermark alone does not achieve that.
