A practical example
Enter ITEM-001, ITEM-002 and ITEM-003 on separate lines to create a small sample sheet. You can add up to 30 values, using 1–40 printable ASCII characters in each value. Start with short identifiers when the labels will be read by a basic handheld scanner.
Limits and common mistakes
The same visible label can be used more than once, so check your list for accidental duplicates. Long values create denser barcodes and may be harder to scan at a small printed size. Use the identifier format your inventory system expects.
Check your downloaded result
Print at actual size rather than using an arbitrary page scaling setting. Scan a sample and compare the returned value with the printed characters. Test with the scanner and printer you will actually use before producing a full batch.
Where processing happens
This tool sends your submitted content over HTTPS to the PDFDesk server. Results are returned directly; temporary processing files are removed when the request finishes. There are no public document download links.
